1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\n

By subscribing to our accordion simulators, you agree to abide by these terms of service. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the service.<\/p>\n

2. Description of the Service<\/h3>\n

Our service offers access to online accordion simulators, allowing users to practice and learn to play the accordion interactively. The video tutorials are YouTube videos rated by an expert, we do not charge for you to watch these videos here (because you can search and watch them on YouTube for free), what we charge is the rating as to the accordion, language, genre, author, key, etc.<\/p>\n

3. Billing<\/h3>\n

  • Automatic billing:<\/strong> When you purchase a membership, your subscription will be automatically activated and the monthly or annual cost corresponding to the chosen modality will begin to be charged immediately, at the time of subscription.<\/li>\n
  • Payment Methods:<\/strong> We accept all major credit cards and payment methods. When registering, you will be required to provide valid payment information. If your payment method is not valid at the time of renewal, your membership will expire immediately.<\/li>\n
  • 1 week discount code:<\/strong> If you have used a 1 week discount code (ONEWEEK), after 7 days the free trial will end and no charge will be applied.<\/li>\n
  • 50% annual discount code (promotion valid until 12\/31\/2024):<\/strong> If you have used a 50% Christmas discount code (XMAS2024), you will pay $29 USD and your membership will expire in 12 months and no charge will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Cancellation of Subscription<\/h3>\n

    You can cancel your membership at any time and it will expire immediately.<\/p>\n

    5. Acceptable Use<\/h3>\n

    You agree to use the Service in a legal and responsible manner and not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized activities.<\/p>\n

    6. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

    We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the service.<\/p>\n

    7. Changes in Conditions<\/h3>\n

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes and your continued use of the Service following such notice will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>\n
