My name is Leandro La Piana, and in this article I will tell you the history of this project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since I was born in <\/span><b>1992<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (in Buenos Aires, Argentina) I have always been surrounded by musicians, whether in my family, in the church, and even in my group of friends, so music has always been part of my v<\/span>ocabulary<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But it wasn't until the year <\/span><b>2005<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, that at the age of 13, I played an accordion for the first time, and from that moment the desire to know everything about this instrument was born within me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the year <\/span><b>2006<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> I was lucky that a family member gave me an unused accordion, and I was able to start practicing with my own accordion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following year, I learned about computing, and I discovered that there were many similarities <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">between accordion and PC keyboard layout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then in the year <\/span><b>2008<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the first version was born,<\/span><span>it was called \u00ab<\/span><b>Bajos del Acorde\u00f3n<\/b><span>\u00bb only available for Windows XP, but as its name indicated, it only had the left hand section of a piano accordion, the bass.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\u00bbhttps:\/\/acordeonvirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-from-2022-02-09-09-49-35.png\u00bb title_text=\u00bbScreenshot from 2022-02-09 09-49-35&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A year later, I developed version 2.0 of the same software, which was called \u201c<\/span><b>Accordion\u2019s Bass<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d which included the right hand of the piano, and throughout that year I developed the chromatic button accordion, 3-row diatonic, and 2-row diatonic simulators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This version quickly reached more than 100,000 downloads, so I understood that I was helping many people to know or learn this instrument and that I should continue improving the software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first thing I did was migrate it to web format, since the desktop version was only available for Windows XP, and Windows 7, Linux and Mac users could not use it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then AccordionVirtual.com was born (previously called AccordionBass.com), where a web version of the original simulator was developed, with the same accordions, but with a completely renewed aesthetic, improved sounds, and 2 new instruments: the bandoneon and the accordion. two rows in the Roque Gonzales system (used for Argentine chamam\u00e9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=\u00bb2588,2587,2586,2590,2589&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the year <\/span><b>2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the possibility of creating a user within the site was added, and in this way, be part of a community full of musicians of different accordions, styles and countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today this website is visited by more than 200,000 users from 147 different countries, united by one thing, the passion for the accordion<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborators<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reality is that on this journey I was not alone, throughout all these years there were many people who in one way or another were close to the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the year 2012, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/victor.caldera.739\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Victor Caldera<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Mexico) \u2013 musician \u2013 was providing information and ideas for the realization of the diatonic simulator. This was very useful since he had never seen, much less played, an instrument of this style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, since 2019 (and until now), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/elbermontielcansino\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elber Montiel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Colombia) \u2013 music teacher and entrepreneur \u2013 contributed the sounds of the vallenato accordion, along with countless ideas to continue improving the project from his didactic and educational point of view. He also helped the application become a useful tool for both beginners and professionals, bringing this application to an even larger audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the year 2020, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/yani.corvalan.3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yanina Corval\u00e1n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 professional bandoneon player \u2013 provided materials of fundamental importance to completely improve the Bandoneon simulator: the background image and the sounds of all the keys, recorded with a professional microphone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the same year <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/carlosalfredo.melgarejo\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carlos Melgarejo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 accordion student \u2013 provided the necessary information to add the Roque Gonzales system to the two-row simulator, which is widely used in Chamam\u00e9 (Argentine musical style).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It should be noted that in addition to these people, there is always the help of a huge community, which in order to improve an application made for themselves, the accordionists, contributed ideas, suggestions, and comments, which filled me with motivation to continue building this project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So it only remains to thank all these people who were marked in the history of this project, and mainly to God for allowing us all to cross paths to create AcordeonVirtual.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Hola!
